“Wrestling“ is a short film by Icelandic director Grímur Hákonarson. It is a love story about two gay wrestlers Elnar (Björn Ingi Hilmarsson) and Denni (Halldór Gylfason). Living in rural Iceland, they must keep their relationship a secret from the inner world of Iceland's national and very macho sport. The film focuses on how they grapple with their love for one another. Enriched with subtle humour and breathtaking Icelandic scenery, it is a universal love story about ordinary people.
