“The Sons of Great Bear” is a film full of stirring adventures and fights. The story tells about the unrelenting fight for freedom of the Dakota tribe at a time when almost every other Indian tribe had yielded to the white man. A young chief of the tribe decides to lead his people away from the reservations and take the Sons of Great Bear to a new life in Canada. The sacrifice they have to make is huge and only a few of the tribes will reach the land.
