About the director:

Director Tomas Smulkis was born in Klaipėda (Lithuania) in 1986. In 2011 he graduated with Master Degree of TV directing from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (Vilnius, Lithuania). In 2008 he studied in Finland, in 2010 had an internship in Sweden.

Tomas Smulkis directed three short films: “Anniversary” (Jubiliejus, 2008), “Souther” (Pietys, 2009) and “Paradise Road” (Rojaus beieškant, 2012). He is currently developing a script for the feature film and works on the national educational cinema project „Learn from cinema“ in Lithuania.
