This documentary narrates a story of a blind man living in a highly developed Song-do city of South Korea. The blind man can be seen as a metaphor for the unawareness that pervades in the world of products, hyperindustry and speed of violence. The film takes place in Song-do International Business District, which is constructed on 6 km² of reclaimed land. This free-trade zone project was an unsuccessful utopian plan that was never completed. It was one of the most expensive development projects ever undertaken. Song-do free trade zone district silently stands as a scenography for a ghost city. There are no people and no cars.
